We would like to recruit a talented and enthusiastic leader and manager to join our highly successful and inclusive Sixth Form College. The successful candidate will lead the development, delivery and quality assurance for Digital and Data Innovation, a key strategic theme across the college. They will work closely with the wider Director team and the Vice-Principal Curriculum and Quality to lead digital learning, data utilization and data communication. They will be an excellent practitioner and will have the ability to lead and manage a group of curriculum areas to deliver high quality pastoral and curriculum provision. This is a central role to the operational delivery of our successful curriculum and the strategic leadership of the college. College Operations Strategic and Operational Leadership: Undertake roles across college as directed by the Senior Leadership Team to support high staff performance, excellent student outcomes and engaging student experience. Curriculum and Pastoral Leadership and Management Curriculum Design and Development: Lead curriculum innovation for faculty to ensure responsive, inclusive, high-quality provision, meeting learners needs and supporting skills development. Staff Leadership and Management Line Management: Provide curriculum managers and support staff with high quality line management to support the development and enaction of the strategic, curriculum and pastoral vision for the college.
