Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on heating and hot water boilers, package burners, and associated systems (pumps, valves, fans, etc.).
* Testing and purging gas installation pipework.
* Installing domestic and commercial boilers and plant room systems using soldered, press fitting, and screwed steel pipework.
* Providing fault-finding support and wiring for small installations.
* Working across plumbing, ventilation, and wider plant room maintenance, keeping your role varied and rewarding.
Key Skills
* Strong knowledge of domestic and commercial plumbing/heating systems.
* Experience with Natural Gas, LPG, and Oil-fired systems.
* Someone who enjoys working independently but is also a team player.
* Flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away (with notice).
Essential Qualifications
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Enhanced DBS check.
* Gas qualifications:
* Domestic: CCN1, CENWAT, CKHB1, DAH1, HTR1
* Commercial: CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, CPA1, DAH1, ICPN1, HTR1, TPCP1, CONGLP1PD (LPG Changeover)
* Plumbing: City & Guilds Level 3 and Unvented Water Regulations (G3).
Nice-to-Have (but not essential)
* Industrial gas, oil, or plumbing experience.
* UKATA asbestos training.
* PASMA (scaffold towers).
* IPAF (mobile elevated platforms).
