We're extremely proud of our onsite bar and restaurant, The Nest, offering a bistro-inspired menu alongside an impressive selection of cocktails, fine wines, and spirits. Guests can enjoy their meals in our stylish indoor restaurant or all-weather outdoor terrace. We've also recently launched our in-lodge dining and Cocktail experience, where guests can order food and drinks directly to their accommodation.
We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our friendly team at The Nest Bar & Restaurant.
About the Role:
As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving a wide range of drinks from our extensive menu.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take drink orders and process payments using our POS system abiding by challenge 25.
* Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including cocktails, gins, wines, and soft drinks
* Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a high standard is maintained
* Assist with cleaning duties to ensure the bar areas are always kept to a high standard of hygiene
* Restock fridges, spirits, and other bar items during and at the end of shifts
* Record stock usage and wastage accurately
What We're Looking For:
* A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
* Great communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
* Previous bar tending experience preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided
* Reliable transport is an advantage due to our rural location
Job Details:
* Hours: Full-time or part-time, including weekends and evenings
* Salary: £9.00 – £12.60 per hour (depending on age)
