We are seeking a Development Technician/Development Engineer to work within the Test Cells Department, responsible for the testing, development and validation of Triumph’s engine range.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting engine tests including durability, calibration, performance, and mechanical development.
* Prepare, install, and maintain engines and test cell equipment.
* Analyse and report test results, ensuring data quality.
* Develop departmental procedures and support fault diagnosis.
* Assist with projects and other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
* Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with engine testbed operation and calibration tools
* Background in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering environments
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
* Committed to maintaining high data quality standards
* Effective communicator with clear written and verbal skills
* Proactive in raising technical issues and attending stakeholder meetings
* Adaptable, resilient, and able to work under pressure
