Acting as the first point of contact for office users and visitors, you will deliver a five-star workplace experience, coordinate front-of-house services, support meetings and events, and ensure the workplace is welcoming, safe, and efficiently run at all times. What you’ll do: Oversee general housekeeping, workspace standards, and maintenance of meeting room facilities (including AV checks and tidiness). Manage mail and courier distribution, access badge production, and assist with archiving processes to support users effectively. Understand the Business Support Centre function, multitask across services, and provide suggestions to improve work processes and efficiency. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and company procedures, reporting non-conformances and attending required training. Communicate effectively with colleagues, participate in company briefings, assist with special functions, and maintain professional conduct and appearance. Complete any additional reasonable tasks requested by management or customers, including overtime when required. What you bring: Extensive customer service/concierge experience in a Global Multi-national organisation, with the ability to meet individual customer needs while maintaining service standards. Experience delivering multi-skilled services in a mailroom or similar operational environment, with knowledge of relevant legislative and statutory requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with the ability to handle feedback professionally and challenge ideas constructively. Strong organisational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work proactively on own initiative. High attention to detail, reliability, trustworthiness, and resilience under pressure. Flexible, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach, focused on exceptional customer service delivery.
