At Hernshead Recruitment we specialise in Advanced Engineering, and we are looking for someone who wants to join us in growing our US recruitment team. This is a sales focused desk where resilience, patience and drive are key. You will need to be comfortable with the challenges of building a market, but the rewards are significant with fees around four to five times higher than in the UK. We are open to ambitious graduates and career changers even if you have never worked in recruitment or sales before. If you are determined, motivated and keen to learn we will give you the training, support and platform to build a successful career. This role would require US working hours (10am to 8pm Monday to Thursday and 10am to 3pm on Friday) and is focused on acing top engineering talent into high value US roles. You’ll be working alongside existing US and European focused recruiters to source, interview and manage candidates alongside identifying and winning clients.
