About The Role

Due to our continued success, we are currently looking for a new Regional Account Manager to join our Regional Sales Team. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maximising business from a portfolio of large regional accounts through customer visits, sales presentations, and account management.
The role involves regular visits to main offices and customer sites, assisting with tenders and proposals, and resolving customer queries effectively. You will work closely with the existing Area Sales team to develop new business and depot accounts into the Regional Account portfolio.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding sales role where you will take ownership of your area, ensuring outstanding customer service daily.
About You
The ideal candidate must have:
* A proven track record in field sales, preferably in the Hire/Construction industry.
* Ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
* Experience negotiating at a senior level.
* Teamwork skills with internal departments.
* Problem-solving abilities for customer queries.
* A proactive, “can do” attitude.
* Driving Licence (Essential).
