Job Purpose
We have a great opportunity for a Business Administrator to join Work Management Network. As a Business Administrator you will be part of a highly motivated team who provide administrative support to various business areas. Supporting designated senior leaders with day-to-day administration including, but not limited to, meeting co-ordination, travel bookings, supporting events and any other ad hoc administrative tasks.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support by attending senior leadership meetings, recording accurate notes and actions, and producing timely documentation including agendas, minutes, and briefing packs.
* Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, booking rooms, managing attendee lists, arranging off-site travel and accommodation, and supporting wider event management activities.
* Support HR and Trade Union administration, including organising meetings, preparing documentation, and taking meeting notes, while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
* Liaise effectively with senior leaders, Executive Secretaries, and other Business Administrators to ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.
* Manage administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders, maintaining electronic and printed files, processing employee recognition awards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Technical Skills & Experience
* Demonstrate strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent transcribing and document production skills.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit a wide range of stakeholders while maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
* Possess strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail, the ability to prioritise competing demands, and experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues, managing expectations from multiple internal clients, and contributing to event coordination and administrative support.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* A knowledge of the Utility industry.

Qualifications
* Hold a minimum of GCSE grade A / level 7 in English and Maths
A full valid UK driving licence is required for the role with the flexibility to support field teams at various site-based locations when required.
Additional Information
The role is based at Lingley Mere Warrington and will require some traveling to other sites in own transport.
The working hours will be within 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
