Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inspiring drama lessons to students across KS3 to KS5, fostering creativity and performance skills. Organise and direct school productions, encouraging students to explore their theatrical abilities. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them develop their confidence and technique. Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to express themselves. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Drama curriculum and maintain high standards in Performing Arts. Lead or contribute to extracurricular activities, such as drama clubs, workshops, and theatre trips. A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent). Experience teaching Drama across KS3 to KS5, with a passion for engaging students in the creative arts.
