Based in Southampton, you will provide administration & general services to the operational team. Responsibilities Review, management and uploading of documents for projects Uploading and management of documents within the eDMS in line with best practice standards Championing of document management processes and systems within the project environment. Understand and adhere to legal, contract, Southern Water and CMDP document management requirements Deal with enquiries efficiently and effectively Carry out other project and non-project related activities as required Assist in the production and supply of electronic and hard copy documents (where appropriate) Provide support (where able) to operational teams and suppliers in use of the eDMS Identify and implement areas for improvement and share best practice Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours and Experience Essential Microsoft Office Trustworthy Integrity Ability to question and challenge Motivated Team Player Flexible Communicating clearly, both written and verbal Adaptability Organised Able to prioritise/ good time management Desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service skills Qualifications Essential English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent Desirable NVQ level 2 in Business Administration
