We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Sports Centre Duty Manager. We are looking for an experienced and proactive leader to oversee the daily operations of the WISF Sports Centres, including the Astros, Tennis, and Netball facilities. The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the centre, solving operational challenges, and maintaining the highest standards of service and facility management.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the WISF Sports Centres (Astros, Tennis, Netball facilities) to ensure smooth, efficient service.
* Resolve operational challenges and maintain the highest standards of service and facility management.
* Provide transparent, constructive, and timely feedback to staff and offer strong leadership and support in all situations, including emergencies.
* Lead a dedicated team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Working hours
37.5 hours per week, five over seven days.
Salary
£26,307 to £28,990.
