What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and maintain a robust Health and Safety Management System aligned to ISO 45001
* Provide expert advice on risk management, legislative compliance, and functional safety across UK sites
* Plan and conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments, including PSIF risks
* Investigate incidents, manage corrective actions, and drive sustainable safety improvements
* Develop, review, and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidance
* Deliver and oversee health and safety training, emergency preparedness, and awareness programmes
* Chair the UK Health and Safety Committee and support EMEA-level safety governance
* Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
What You’ll Bring
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (or working towards)
* NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Fire Certificate
* ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification
* Minimum of five years’ experience in a health and safety role within complex or regulated environments
* Strong experience working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, instructions, and procedures to ensure functional safety compliance
* High capability in health and safety data analysis across multiple systems
* Professional membership with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
Security Clearance

You must be able to gain and maintain UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance.
