We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Care Assistant seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents which promotes their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day to day activities of the home.
This is a permanent role working 34.5 hours per week,the successful candidate would be required to be fully flexible regarding shift patterns each week to meet the requirements of the home.This may include Days and Night shifts and will be working over a full 7 day rota balancing weekdays and weekends.
As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification, we will support you to do this and your training time will be paid.

Cwmbran House Care Home is a purpose-built single-storey care home for over 65s in Pontnewydd, Cwmbran. It has 56 bedrooms across three separate living areas. We focus on giving a great quality of life to our residents, whatever their abilities and needs are.
