We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to support and help lead a wonderful, busy, foodie-focused venue, ensuring outstanding service and smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties
Supervise daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve performance targets.
Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring staff are fully trained
Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
Work closely with the hands on owner
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role beneficial
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
Experience in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in administrative functions with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage effectively while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
