Locum Social Worker - Duty & Assessment Team Specialism: Duty & Assessment Location: Nottingham, UK Hourly Rate: £32.00 Contract Type: Ongoing Locum Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You Will Do:
Work within a fast-paced duty team to conduct thorough assessments of children's needs.
Manage a diverse caseload, including Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Looked After Children (CLA) .
Progress cases to Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC), manage court proceedings, and present at CLA reviews.
Operate on a structured duty cycle- one week on duty, followed by three weeks managing ongoing work -ensuring both efficiency and quality in case progression.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum three years' post-qualification experience in permanent local authority roles.
Proven ability to manage high workloads while maintaining quality outcomes for children and families.
