Property Litigation Solicitor – Birmingham A fast-growing national legal team is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor. The team advises a broad range of clients, including landlords, tenants, real estate developers, local authorities, NHS bodies, housing associations, social landlords and major retailers. As a Property Litigation Solicitor within this team, you will manage a varied caseload within a modern, well-organised environment, using bespoke case-management systems. The caseload is comprised of property litigation matters, with a primary focus on defendant housing management work. The role also involves managing commercial disputes, including estate management issues, possession proceedings, business lease renewals and injunctions. Residential matters, such as rent recovery, possession actions and disrepair claims, will form part of the work. In addition to managing cases, you will support colleagues with complex matters and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development. Participation in business development initiatives, including networking events and profile-raising activities, is also expected. About You: You will have 3-4 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in property litigation and an interest in housing management work. Strong IT skills, excellent written and verbal communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential. You must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work independently as well as collaboratively.
