Location : Homeworking and The Bath House, Cambridge, CB1 2LW for supervision and training sessions
Salary : £16,176 (£31,512 full time equivalent)
Contract : Permanent, part-time (a minimum of 19 hours and 15 minutes per week to be worked on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday including bank holidays - includes two hours of mandatory internal supervision per month)

We are looking for an additional Senior Call Handler to join our team, following an internal promotion. Our Senior Call Handlers provide telephone support to individuals and take overall responsibility for Lifeline and our proactive telephone support services during an individual shift.
Lifeline is open from 11am and 11pm every day of the year, including bank holidays. Our shifts vary to ensure we have a Senior Call Handler available at all times. In addition to the permanent hours, additional ad hoc hours will be offered to cover for colleagues as necessary, including six-months of temporary additional hours from start date of approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes a week.
