JDR Cable Systems is looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduate engineers to join our team in 2026. As part of our Graduate Development Programme, you’ll have the chance to work with advanced technology and help develop the subsea cable systems that power the global shift towards net-zero.
About the Programme:
Our two-year Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to rotate through different departments, including Design Engineering, Product Development, Technology, and Analysis. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable technical skills, and work alongside experienced engineers on real projects that make a difference.
Throughout the programme, you’ll receive ongoing support, mentoring, and training to help you build a strong foundation for your engineering career.
What We’re Looking For:
We’d like to hear from you if you have:
* A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline
* A practical and creative approach to problem-solving
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine interest in the offshore energy industry and sustainability
