Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our in‑house team, responsible for advising on and supporting a broad range of commercial, legal, compliance, and regulatory matters across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high quality, practical and commercial advice to colleagues across the business, including senior management.
* Oversee and/or assist with preparing and negotiating agreements and terms & conditions for customers, suppliers, contractors, land owners and local authorities.
* Support the development, implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures, including internal training.
* Instruct and liaise with external counsel on specific projects.
* Oversee and/or assist with a broad range of corporate, compliance, regulatory and company policy related tasks.
* Help embed and reinforce Vorboss’ culture of doing the right thing.
* Carry out any other duties within your skills and abilities.
The Right Candidate
* 2‑4 years PQE with at least 2 years working in a UK law firm or established company.
* Thorough knowledge of legal drafting and experience with commercial contracts.
* Experience in telecom/TMT and/or regulatory environments is desirable.
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent planning and organising skills to manage a demanding workload.
* Adaptive and able to work on a variety of matters at any time.
* Other levels of PQE considered for relevant experience.
