The Arden School of Theatre is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Lecturer in Technical Theatre (Specialism in Lighting or Sound) to join our team on a permanent, part-time (17.5 hours per week) basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the training and development of the next generation of theatre professionals in a creative, student-focused environment.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Degree
* Current and valid industry specialism
* Certificate of education or PGCE
* English and maths minimum level 2 Grace C or grade 4 and above
* Significant Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
* Proven track record of high-quality teaching in delivering subject specialism or current valid industry specialism
* Working as a team
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Meet delivery targets and plans
* Accurate and timely reports and records
* Positive contribution to planning processes
* Proven track record of positive student satisfaction
