This is a permanent, full‑time role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across multiple educational settings. This role will be based onsite 5 days a week. Your new role As an IT Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of ICT systems across multiple school sites. Reporting to the IT Network Manager and working within a supportive team, you will: Maintain and support the ICT network, hardware and software. Assist staff and students with day‑to‑day technical issues, ensuring efficient and customer‑focused service. Contribute to ICT development projects, helping to optimise system performance and introduce new technologies. Manage and update inventories, helpdesk tickets, and documentation. Install, configure and maintain ICT equipment, following best practice and regulatory standards. Support training, integration of systems and ongoing digital development across the organisation. What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you will need: Experience supporting IT networks in a busy, multi‑user environment.
