This is a chance to work on meaningful projects that improve lives and systems, while contributing to a growing design practice. What You'll Do Lead service design activities across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases Conduct user research and map service journeys, ecosystems, and processes Facilitate co-creation workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions Prototype service components and test with users to validate ideas Translate insights into actionable service improvements and design recommendations Mentor junior designers and contribute to internal design capability building What You'll Bring 5 years of experience in service design or a related discipline Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end service design work Experience working in or with the UK public sector Familiarity with GDS standards and inclusive design practices Skilled in research, synthesis, facilitation, and visual communication Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams Why Apply?
