Kinship - Social Worker
Pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge - £38.43 Umbrella

This role involves completing Connected Person Assessments and Special Guardianship assessments, including conversion assessments for carers pursuing a Special Guardianship arrangement. You will be responsible for assessing potential kinship arrangements and those currently approved foster carers. You must be able to explain the benefits and differences of becoming a Kinship foster carer or Special Guardian for the child(ren) in their care.

Qualifications
* A relevant Social Work Qualification
* Registration with Social Care Wales
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
* 3 Years of referencing
* Driving licence with access to a car
