Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
