Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client who produces pasties, pies, sausage rolls and various other pastry products. Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Callington. The rate of pay is: - Weekdays £13.09 per hour - Weeknight £14.40 per hour - Weekend day £13.74 per hour - Weekend night £15.05 per hour - Bank holiday £16.36 per hour This role offers both full and part-time positions, working 4 days, 4 nights Monday to Thursday or 3 days, 3 nights Friday to Sunday shifts. The hours of work are: - 6am to 6pm - 6pm to 6am Successful applicants will be willing to progress and transfer to a permanent role and work directly with the client! This role would not be suitable for students due to shift requirements. Your Time at Work As a Production Operative your duties include: - Working as a Packer/Production operative on production lines but occasionally will be required to work in other departments. All training is given prior to undertaking the assignment. - Working in the production area on the lines making pasties, pies, sausage rolls and various other pastry products. - Produce and pack products to meet required specifications, adhering to operational procedures. - Produce products to the highest quality while ensuring business targets are achieved. Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will be physically fit as some heavy lifting may be required and standing for long hours. You will be reliable and flexible. Applicants will have good English skills. Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
