Manual Test Analysts - Cyber Security Programme
My client in the utilities sector is seeking
4 Manual Test Analysts
to support a critical application upgrade within a Cyber Security Programme.
* Location:
Hybrid - 2 days/week on-site (Leeds or North East)
* Start Date:
ASAP
* Contract Length:
10 months
* Day Rate:
£350-£375/day (Outside IR35)
* Clearance:
BPSS required - applicants must have lived in the UK continuously for the past 5 years. SC clearance is a bonus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute ST, SIT, and UAT test cases and scripts
* Prepare test strategies, plans, and manage test data
* Perform manual testing across performance, system, integration, and UAT phases
* Collaborate with business stakeholders in a resource-constrained environment
* Work within regulated industries using tools like JIRA; familiarity with SOAP API and security testing principles
Essential Criteria - Applications not meeting these will not be considered:
* Proven strong stakeholder management experience
* Manual testing expertise
* Background in regulated industries (e.g. Utilities, Energy, Financial Services)
* BPSS clearance eligibility (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)
