Reporting to the Head of HSEE, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving ISO-certified management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001), supporting audits, managing incident and energy data, and driving employee engagement through training and communication initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards Manage internal audit schedules and ensure timely closure of actions Maintain training matrices, incident logs, and HSE trackers Support incident investigations and root cause analysis Monitor energy usage and contribute to efficiency projects Develop training materials, toolbox talks, and safety alerts Coordinate training sessions and maintain accurate records Use Excel 365, SharePoint, and Power BI to manage data and create dashboards What You'll Need Essential: Minimum 1 year in an HSE or training coordination role within manufacturing or industrial settings Strong admin and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Excel 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerPoint Experience supporting audits, managing training records, and handling incident/energy data Confident communicator able to engage across all levels of the business Desirable: NEBOSH National General Certificate (or working towards) Basic understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards The company offers full support for NEBOSH training as part of your development Please note that security clearance is required for this role - you will need to be a British passport holder or hold full right to work in the UK with a minimum of the past 5 years living and working in the UK.
