We are recruiting three Lead Reliability Engineers to manage teams in Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire. You will develop and implement strategies to maintain assets at high standards, increasing reliability and minimizing downtime.
You will oversee teams of up to four direct reports, providing coaching, training, and development in reliability engineering, maintenance techniques, and sustainable asset management.
Your responsibilities include implementing reliability strategies (RCM, PM, CBM), collaborating with maintenance and operational managers to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, and analyzing asset performance data to drive improvements.
Key to this role is leading continuous improvement initiatives, identifying failure patterns, and optimizing asset lifecycle management from acquisition to decommissioning. You will prepare reports for senior management on reliability initiatives, highlighting successes, risks, and challenges.
Successful candidates will have strong leadership skills, experience with electrical, ICA, and mechanical assets, and knowledge of reliability analysis techniques like RCM and FMECA. Exposure to reliability-focused strategies and asset criticality is essential.
We seek highly organized, logical thinkers with excellent planning and communication skills, eager to help transition the team to a more proactive, reliability-centered maintenance approach aligned with AMP 8 investment plans.
