Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Tenant/lettings Manager who will be responsible for delivering a full operational solution to existing and prospective tenants in an affordable Build to Rent scheme based in Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out property inspections
2. Arranging and attending tenant viewings
3. Point of contact for tenant queries or disputes
4. Responsible for making sure flats are let correctly.
5. Preparation of regular reports
Personal Requirements:
6. Ability to work on own initiative
7. Good business acumen
8. An understanding of lettings
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: £27,000 plus £3k annual bonus
