The salary for this permanent Children's Manager job is up to £60,000 per annum. Main duties: Your aim is to lead and manage the home, overseeing the day to day operations, providing strong motivational leadership to staff and ensuring the best possible care and education for the young people. Our Home Managers are responsible and compassionate leaders, decision makers and ensure continuous multi-agency work between Care, Education and Health to support and develop all plans for the young people in our case. This role requires patience, motivation, understanding, leadership, determination and ownership. You will be supported by the Senior Management Team so we can continue to develop your skills in this role. Previous management experience in a residential care home setting is essential, with the drive and motivation to provide a safe environment for the young people at all times.
