As a Customer Care Advisor, you will:
Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media
Deliver outstanding support and resolve customer queries
Introduce customers to a growing range of products, up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate
Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures
Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
Escalate any unresolved issues to the customer relations team
Work to achieve service targets and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, etc.)
Share customer feedback and contribute to service improvements
