The opportunity

As part of our continued growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Executive PA to join us. You'll provide full secretarial, administrative, organisational, and business support to our Chief Executive Officer, as well as supporting the CEO Office team. This is a key position in delivering our growth ambitions and will play a vital role in supporting our CEO to drive our future.

The role will be based between both London and Swindon with flexibility required.


Your responsibilities will include:

* Diary management and associated arrangements to ensure the smooth running of schedules and effectiveness.
* Prioritising enquiries daily, dealing, responding, or redirecting as appropriate.
* Preparation, including design where appropriate, and production of presentations, correspondence, and reports.
* Maintaining control of the CEO budget and monthly expense claims for the CEO and their direct reports.
* Preparation of materials and attendance at meetings to take minutes where required.
* Organisation of facilities and supporting corporate events and event organisation.
* Collaborating with the PA Team to ensure consistent support for all Executive members.
* Providing support for PAs, the CEO Office, and the Executive team, with flexibility to undertake necessary tasks.

What will you need to succeed?

* Proven experience in a PA/EA role supporting senior executives
* Understanding of the financial services industry
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office packages
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Proactive problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Calmness under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Autonomous working style
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong business acumen and numeracy skills
* Discretion and confidentiality, as the role involves access to sensitive information
