Residential Conveyancer
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE
Location: Morden, London (with hybrid working – 1 day from home)

The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfer of equity
* New builds and shared ownership
* Lease extensions
* Registered and unregistered titles
* Help to Buy transactions
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third-party professionals
Key Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
2. Proven ability to manage a full caseload autonomously
