About the role
As an Early Years Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced practitioners to support children aged 0–5, helping them learn, grow and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
You’ll gradually develop skills in:
* Supporting children’s learning through play
* Helping with daily routines and care
* Creating engaging activities aligned to the EYFS
* Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Understanding safeguarding and child development
No prior experience is required — just enthusiasm, commitment and a genuine love of working with children.
