Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As part of the ervice Operations team (Business Operations, Service Centre & Planning, Logistics), you will:
1. Customer & Field Engineer Coordination
2. Serve as a central point of contact between healthcare professionals (e.g., radiographers, clinicians) and GE HealthCare Field Service Engineers.
3. Manage service requests, schedule maintenance and repairs, and coordinate parts logistics.
4. Handle escalations and ensure timely, customer-focused resolutions.
Operational Support & Logistics
5. Support internal teams with tools, parts, and transport logistics.
6. Resolve courier and supply chain issues to maintain service continuity.
7. Collaborate with global logistics and planning teams to optimize service delivery.
Contract & Billing Execution
8. Administer service contracts and manage non-contract service activities.
9. Ensure accurate billing, installed base (IB) management, cost debriefs, and supplier/customer onboarding.
10. Manage purchase orders, payables, and dispute resolution in alignment with GE HealthCare's compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
11. Partner with Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
12. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ERP system enhancements, and data integrity efforts.
13. Support transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
14. Experience in a high-volume, customer-centric environment.
15. Background in service coordination, logistics, billing, or contract administration.
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
17. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
