The Role As our Chef de Partie, you will:
Take responsibility for your own section, ensuring high culinary standards
Prepare and present dishes to specification
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Assist with menu development and daily service preparation
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
Train and guide junior chefs as needed
