Murphy has a new exciting role as an Assurance Assistant to join our SHES team, based at our Golborne office.
This role is to support the SHES team with assurance activities within the Transportation (Rail) Business Unit.
What you will be doing:
* Carry out end-of-period reporting of assurance data.
* Own the reporting of National Performance Measures or equivalent to the client.
* Manage 2-1-2 and develop performance reports/dashboards.
* Prepare sustainability performance reports and dashboards monthly.
* Become a superuser for relevant systems, creating, amending, and uploading assurance checklists to SharePoint.
* Assist the SHES team with administrative enquiries and issues related to assurance.
* Contribute to creating “Lessons Learned Remembered” campaigns.
* Support RM3 collation and interpretation activities.
* This is a development role, with the candidate growing within the SHES assurance function.
* Produce schedules for monthly senior management tours and help collate raised items.
* Provide routine and ad hoc management information to support decision-making.
Who we are looking for:
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.
* Experience in general administrative support and/or customer service roles.
* Knowledge of operating systems.
* A proactive team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in construction or within a SHES team is preferred.
