An Architectural Design Project Manager is responsible for all phases of an architectural project, from initial design to completion, ensuring it adheres to budget, timelines, and client specifications. They establish effective communication with the Client/Owner, their OPM, the TGAS design team, consultants, and contractors; facilitating project meetings, presentations, and maintaining detailed project documentation.

Your Essential Contributions:
* Manage all aspects of a project from concept to completion, translating planning concepts into understandable terms for clients, consultants, designers, and team members; leading and managing project teams to ensure adherence to plans, budgets, and schedules.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their program requirements, standards, and policies to ensure satisfaction.
* Provide clear direction for the development, modification, and review of documents, including research of materials and systems, to ensure design intent.
* Facilitate and approve the creation of 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
* Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and standards through code analysis.
* Oversee and approve construction cost estimates and specifications.
* Review drawings and renderings, addressing design and construction issues responsively.
* Maintain project budgets and schedules, helping to ensure projects stay within resources and timelines.
* Conduct on-site visits, document progress, and identify potential issues through notes, emails, and photos.
* Document and maintain accurate records of project status, contractual requirements, and change orders.
* Utilize construction management software to respond to requests and coordinate with design team members.
* Coordinate support services with Principal Architects, Project Managers, COO, and Office Manager.

Qualifications
* US work authorization (Required)
* Flexibility to travel in the Greater Boston area and occasionally out of state
* Professional registration (a plus, but not required)
Education:
* Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) Degree (Required)
* Master of Architecture (preferred)
* LEED credential or commitment to sustainability
Experience:
* Minimum of 8-10 years practical experience in Architecture (Required)
* Previous Senior Designer or Assistant Project Manager experience in projects valued from 1M to 30M: at least 6 years (Required)
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Required)
* Experience with BIM and SketchUp (2+ years each)
* Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and visualization skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office and standard office software
* Public presentation skills are a plus
