As a Senior Power BI Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our data‑driven future by designing and delivering scalable, high‑impact Power BI solutions that empower stakeholders and enable smarter decision‑making.
Responsibilities
* Build robust Power BI dashboards and semantic models for strategic and operational insights.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver ad‑hoc analysis that matters.
* Automate reporting pipelines and optimise performance for speed and scalability.
* Own Power BI governance, ensuring assets are reusable, well‑documented, and aligned with business needs.
* Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable.
* Champion self‑service analytics and coach teams on best practices.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance optimisation).
* Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or Databricks experience is a plus).
* Experience in data modelling, BI architecture, and automating reporting pipelines.
* Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
