Clarity Homecare (Bury) is a private home care provider supporting people to live independently in their own homes across Bury and the surrounding 6 towns.
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support individuals with their daily living and personal care needs in their own homes. You will assist with all aspects of daily living, promoting independence, dignity, and choice, while helping people to live happy, safe, and fulfilling lives.
We have both part-time and full-time hours available, with hours ranging up to 39 hours per week. You must have a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle as you will be travelling around Bury and its surrounding 7 towns to support people in their homes.
You must also be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and varying shift patterns as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting clients with personal care and daily living tasks
* Supporting mobility and ensuring client safety
* Preparing meals and assisting with feeding where required
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Administering or prompting medication
* Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
* Maintaining accurate care records
* Following safeguarding, health, and safety procedures
* Helping to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (essential)
* Provides high-quality care by promoting independence and wellbeing
* Delivers care with dignity, respect and compassion
* Has previous care experience (desirable)
