We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Electrical Supervisor, will be responsible for: * Acting as the main point of contact for the customer, developing strong working relationships and understanding their business needs and requirements. * Managing and coordinating the clients' activities within the contract, ensuring site teams and subcontractors are managed effectively. * Ensuring service levels are met in line with contractual CI's, KPI's, and PI's. * Supporting the Site Lead with the day-to-day running of the operational team and deputising in their absence. * Managing the operational delivery team, including the calibration team staff, and overseeing people management responsibilities. * Organising and managing goods, materials, and consumables stock, including support for the ordering process. * Analysing delivery performance and contributing to ongoing service improvements. * Controlling and minimising operational, financial, and commercial risks. * Collaborating closely with the clients' customer across all aspects of maintenance and calibration service delivery. * Monitoring and controlling supplier, subcontractor, and labour costs to ensure transparency and accuracy. * Ensuring full compliance with policies and procedures. * Participating in site audits according to the agreed schedule. * Managing and delivering all works as directed by the client and line management. * Arranging, attending, chairing, and actively participating in internal and external meetings as required. To be successful for this Electrical Supervisor role you must have: * Relevant professional, technical, or management qualifications and/or demonstrable relevant experience. * Strong knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems. * Experience managing safe systems of work in similar operational environments. * Proven capability in setting and managing budgets with sound financial management skills. * Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. * A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to anticipate potential faults. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills. * A commitment to leading by example in all activities.
