What You’ll Do
* Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design.
* Create high‑quality engineering outputs, including single‑line diagrams, cable block diagrams, control system architecture, MCC datasheets, load schedules, and control philosophies.
* Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projects.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients.
* Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on‑site.
* Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development.
* Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards.
Your Skills & Experience
* A degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
* Experience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors.
* Expertise in electrical power systems, water treatment control systems, and integrated system design.
* Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document control.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* A self‑motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high‑quality engineering.
* Professional registration (IEng / CEng / MIET) – desirable.
* Proven mentoring or leadership experience – desirable.
* A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement – desirable.
