Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners, consistently representing Driscoll’s culture and brand.
Provide reliable administrative and office support that enables smooth daily operations across the site.
Responsibilities
* Answering and transferring incoming calls
* Sending messages to the relevant departments if can’t put call through
* To meet and greet all visitors to Driscoll’s
* Pre-Register visitors onto visitor system
* To keep the reception Standard Operations Manual up to date with all new information
* Help manage queries to the generic info email address and dealing with any external emails that are relevant or sending to the appropriate person
* Postal duties
* Stock control of stationary and office consumables
* Taxi/accommodation booking
* Site communications where necessary
* Office administration

Reception & Hospitality
* Serve as the first ambassador of Driscoll’s, greeting all visitors with warmth, passion, and professionalism, creating a positive and inclusive first impression.
* Answer and transfer incoming calls efficiently and courteously, demonstrating trustworthiness through accurate message handling and follow-up.
* Proactively support visitors and colleagues with a humble, service-oriented mindset, ensuring needs are understood and addressed.
* Pre-register visitors using the visitor management system, maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Communication & Information Management
* Monitor and manage the Office UK email inbox, responding where appropriate or routing enquiries to the correct department with clarity and accountability.
* Support internal and site communications as required, ensuring messages are shared transparently and respectfully.
* Maintain the Reception Standard Operating Manual, keeping information current and accessible to support consistent ways of working.
Office Administration & Support
* Coordinate postal and courier services, ensuring timely distribution and collection of items.
* Manage stock control for stationery and office consumables, demonstrating care, efficiency, and fiscal responsibility.
* Assist with taxi bookings in line with company guidelines, supporting colleagues with reliability and attention to detail.
* Provide general office administration support, contributing to a well-organised, calm, and productive workplace environment.
* Coordinate the company car portal ensuring schedules are managed and communicated effectively
