Job Role: Quality Engineer
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Metalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Rotherham, who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with third party audits and assessments
* Contribute and support site improvement activities
* Monitor and analyse quality performance data
* Support quality aspects relating to the submission of FAIRS, ISIR reports
* Lead problem solving activities using 8D\'s, 5 why\'s, FMEA\'s, DMAIC etc.
* Coordination of document control
* Work closely with colleagues within the SHEQ department
* Use quality management systems
Qualifications
* Engineering Degree (preferred)
* Experience of Quality Systems (AS9100/ISO9000/ISO14001)
* Auditor qualification and experience (preferred)
* Knowledge of lean principles
Salary & Hours
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm & Friday, 8:30am - 3pm
