Job Description Thrive Group are delighted to working with our established client near Midsomer Norton who are looking to recruit an experienced Office Supervisor on a permanent basis to lead the customer service department. What you will be doing: Management and coordination of the customer service and admin functions Coordination of workflow and staff productivity Ensuring incoming calls are answered promptly and a high level of customer service achieved Overseeing orders and payments Working with the transport team to make sure urgent orders are prioritised Management of a team of staff including regular reviews and training as well as management of holidays and work rotas Driving continuous improvement across internal processes Ownership of escalated customer queries, ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily What you will need to succeed: A proven track record in a similar role is essential Strong staff supervisory and mentoring skills A confident communicator over the phone as well as via email Adept at working under pressure where deadlines change on a regular basis Good levels of numeracy and problem solving skills IT / data entry proficiency What you will receive in return: To £35,000 DOE Monday to Friday full-time with Saturday mornings on a rota basis please note 100% office based Employee Assistance Programme Discretionary annual bonus Retail discount scheme Supportive and friendly team Onsite parking If this position sounds of interest then please contact Sarah at Thrive Group : sarah.collins@thrive. group.co.uk Thrive Group are acting as an Employment Agency in this instance.
