This role will involve extensive travel, potentially at short notice, typically of 1-2 weeks' duration. You will need to commute to Cambridge for initial training (3 months) and regularly from there on. Responsibilities: Field based commissioning and service activities Site visits to new and existing customers to commission new systems, service activities and delivering system training Provide support to customers and update technical and procedural documentation Requirements: HNC or higher in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical engineering Previous experience in international servicing and commissioning activities Proven ability to remotely troubleshoot customer issues Broad technical knowledge and experience Ability to carry out logical fault diagnosis of electro-mechanical systems Able and willing to travel worldwide is essential Good IT skills with an understanding of software applications You will need to be comfortable working at height Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below We will respond to successful applicants within a couple of days
