A leading regional law firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team in the busy Cranleigh office. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a small, friendly, and dynamic team at the heart of Cranleigh village.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide full secretarial support to fee earners, including producing correspondence and documents using a digital dictation system.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate client administration files.
* Support reception duties, including greeting clients, managing calls, directing enquiries, and coordinating meeting room bookings.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experienced in legal secretarial work, ideally within Private Client or related areas.
* Highly organised, professional, and proactive.
* Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively within a team.
