Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer based in Liverpool. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, supporting customers with technical inquiries, and identifying solutions tailored to their needs. Working closely with the Service Engineers, key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and collaborating with the broader team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales to recommend suitable technical solutions for customers
* Background in hydraulic or pneumatic products, with a strong technical understanding
* Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills to address and solve technical issues effectively
* Excellent Communication skills to present products, explain technical details, and build strong relationships
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to manage workload effectively
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in engineering, mechanics, or a related field
* Proficiency in using ERP systems or similar software is a plus
