Marketing Administrator If you're the kind of person who takes satisfaction from keeping things organised, following processes, and making sure tasks get done properly and on time, this role could be a great fit. We're looking for a structured, dependable Marketing Administrator to support our global marketing team with day-to-day activity. This role plays a vital part in ensuring campaigns, content, events and systems run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the person who helps keep our marketing engine running. Providing practical, administrative and operational support to a busy, collaborative team. You'll work across systems and processes, making sure updates are made, assets are organised, data is accurate, and plans are executed. You'll be trusted to take ownership of recurring tasks, manage details others rely on, and bring structure and order to day-to-day marketing activity. One day you might be coordinating logistics for a tradeshow, the next you could be ensuring our CRM data is clean, our website content is up to date, or our social posts are scheduled correctly. What you'll do Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, helping to keep projects on track Organise and maintain digital asset libraries (e.g. SharePoint and our dealer/customer portal), ensuring files are clearly named, tagged and easy to find Make routine website updates, including updating existing pages and building new ones within the HubSpot CMS Support foundational SEO activities such as updating metadata and internal links Assist with paid search optimisation across keywords, bids, ad creative and landing pages to support performance Upload pre-approved videos to YouTube, optimising titles and descriptions for visibility Support the planning and organisation of global events and tradeshows Co-ordinate video and photoshoots at MasterMover HQ and customer sites Maintain and update contact and company records within the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency Manage invoice administration within the marketing team, including raising purchase orders (POs) and supporting budget tracking. Schedule and publish approved content across social media channels Who we're looking for You're organised, methodical and reliable.
