About the role:
InPost is seeking experienced OLA Warehouse Operatives to join our Parcel Sorting Team at our Alfreton depot. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the parcel delivery industry, supporting some of the UK’s most prominent high street and online brands.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling parcels in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will collaborate with colleagues to optimize sorting workflows and meet daily targets, contributing to the success of our logistics operations.
Location: Yodel, Alfreton, Venture Crescent, DE55 7RA
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7
Hours: 22:45 - 07:15
Salary: £12.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Versatile Warehouse Support: Perform various roles within the warehouse to support distribution.
* Parcel Sorting & Relabeling: Sort and relabel parcels efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
* Manual & Machine Operations: Operate machinery or sort parcels manually to optimize processing.
* General Warehouse Duties: Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and organization.
* Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
* Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading goods to ensure timely delivery.
